Recycle-ready barrier films

Our recycle-ready families are engineered to meet recognised sorting and recycling guidelines and the “95/5” design rule (≤5% non-polyolefin components). Depending on local infrastructure, these can enter relevant film collection systems. Comparable solutions in the market demonstrate high recyclability ratings while remaining lighter than legacy PET/PE laminates.

Recycled content, responsibly

To help close the loop, we offer films with post-consumer recycled (PCR) and post-industrial recycled (PIR) content—validated for performance in demanding applications. Industry leaders already run stretch and pouch films with ~30% PCR while maintaining machinability and protection; our specs are developed to similar targets where regulations and applications allow.

Less is more: down gauging & lower footprint

Advanced coextrusion and downgauge while preserving stiffness, toughness, and clarity cutting material use and transport emissions. Metal-free, high-barrier structures can also reduce processing impacts compared with traditional foil or PA laminates.

Verified materials & traceability

Where available and appropriate, we supply ISCC PLUS certified grades and mass-balance options, giving traceability for circular and bio-circular feedstock. Customers can combine this with PCR/PIR content to meet brand and regulatory goals.

Designed with recyclers in mind

We collaborate across the value chain - resin producers, converters, brands and recovery systems to design for real-world recycling: mono-material layers, compatible inks/adhesives and removable features to keep packs sortable and reclaimable in established streams.

India-ready end-of-life & EPR
